This infill development consists of 16 condos within 8 houses nestled beneath the trees of a south Austin neighborhood. The project achieves aspects of sustainable land use such as working around existing trees, providing urban density, and allowing open space for owner interaction. This project was included on the AIA Homes Tour in October 2009. While working with award winning Black and Vernooy.
