This 3,000 s.f. house is located on an exposed corner lot in the arid climate of Midland, TX. The owners requested a contemporary house with a traditional Spanish layout. The living and dining room expand into the interior courtyard to invite family and guests to enjoy the space. A glass hallway connects the guest wing and the main living quarters, allowing views to the welcoming pool and courtyard. CCA is acting as the Architect.
