This Japanese inspired screened shed, which doubles as storage and workshop, was built as alternative to the typical metal storage shed often found in backyards. The storage shed also became a retreat for other family activities such as morning yoga, children's tea parties, and outdoor painting. This 192 s.f. building was carefully sited next to an old pecan tree towards the back of the yard for privacy. Small buildings such as this shed can be interesting and inspiring when built with architectural qualities. CCA acted as the Architect and Builder.
