Ruth Avenue
This was a complete remodel of a 1950 bungalow residence. The client requested the interior space have an open modern plan and finish while the outside keep within the context of this central Austin neighborhood. Interior walls were removed to develop a public space that flows from kitchen to dining to living room and provides clear views to the front and back of the house. CCA acted as the Architect and General Contractor.
