The residence is located in the Hill Country, minutes away from downtown. The siting of the 5,500 s.f. home takes advantage of the quietude of the hills and is surrounded by several cedar and oak trees. The program calls for several rooms including a guest wing, study, and studio. The rooms are positioned among the trees and followed the contours of the land.
